Its a problem with the HumSettings.exe that launches msiexec.exe. They already add that to the command line, but its not working. I'm not going to bother calling their support line. I even tried setting up a FREE account to post on the OpenText forums (absolutely horrible btw), but although their Privacy Policy indicates they do not share personal info with 3rd party, you can visibly see EVERYONE's e-mail address on each and every post with no option to hide.
